Outer Banks Ashtanga Yoga Center owner Michelle Dorer hosted an open house in her Yoga studio located in Nags Head on Saturday, March 24th. After introducing visitors to the studio located at 2910 South Croatan Highway in Nags Head, Michelle talked about the history of Ashtanga Yoga and how this specific form of yoga can benefit both the physical body and mental processes. Following her talk, Michelle demonstrated some advanced Ashtanga Yoga practices for visitors. See Video
The Ashtanga Yoga Center of the Outer Banks hosts workshops, some with internationally known teachers several times a year on the Outer Banks as well as offering a full schedule of classes for both beginning and experienced students in the Nags Head Studio.
